I've really been so blessed to know and work with other creative and talented individuals this month. I have more plans in place to continue the collaborative efforts and it just makes me giddy! I am thrilled at how this stylized wedding shoot turned out. This March has been SO fun! I teamed up with other creative individuals to collaborate on a few different projects. In early March I did a giveaway with a bunch of local small businesses in Rexburg which turned out AMAZING. I gained about 100 organic instagram followers because of it and got a few painting orders. Honestly all of this was possible because of my sweet friend McCall at @Poppeevents. We met in my catering class last semester and she has inspired me in so many ways. She has been starting up her own event planning and floral business and I am loving everything she does. She has been putting together stylized shoots and is so sweet to invite me to participate. I've been branching out and learning some calligraphy. Stylized shoots are when different vendors donate their time and talents towards a photoshoot. I love it because everyone benefits; photographers can develop their portfolio, and vendors get pretty images of their work. Think win win. For this particular stylized shoot I was invited to make an invitation suite, place cards, and a menu. The colors that inspired the shoot was: navy blue, dusty blue, blush pink, and light grey, with some gold accents. We wanted it to have a simple and clean but dramatic vibe. These are the photos that Courtney Bree Photography took. I LOVE THEM SO MUCH! She did an amazing job, I need to work with her in the future. Koryn from Koryn Rice Photography also did an incredible job! I love the colors and mood she was able to capture. I've known Celine since my freshmen year at BYUI. She actually took our engagement photos and made our engagement video a couple years ago. She inspires me with everything she does. Seriously, check out Look for the Light Photography, she is killing it. March 23 collaboration details:
